All My Sons Celebrates MLK Day

Washington, DC is already gearing up for the millions expected to attend the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States. But before the excitement of this historic event takes place, the nation pauses to reflect on a fallen champion of civil rights, peace and unity.

Although All My Sons Moving & Storage will be busy with a full schedule of moving services for this week, some of our Dallas movers will have time off to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr Day with their families. If you also find yourself enjoying a three day weekend, there is a great event going on in Dallas that the entire family will enjoy.

The 22nd Annual Martin Luther King, Jr parade will begin at 10am on Monday, January 19th. The parade begins at Forest Avenue and Lamar Street, moves east along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and ends at Robert B. Cullum Boulevard at Fair Park. After the parade, your family will enjoy the Elite News King festival from noon to 6pm. Enjoy entertainment, vendors, health screenings and activities for all ages in Fair Park's Automobile building. For a schedule of more events for MLK Day, visit this website.

At All My Sons, we strive to emulate the sense of solidarity that Martin Luther King, Jr imparted to America many years ago. Our friendly staff and professional movers work together to make sure the quality of your move to Dallas exceeds all of your expectations. All My Sons is committed to a diverse work environment, as it takes many employees to achieve our goals and continue to provide the best moving and storage services in Dallas. On behalf of my team here at All My Sons, happy MLK Day!
